Today, the rapid development of science and technology is leading to a significant increase in the volume of scientific information. This, in turn, results in the continuous enrichment of the content of academic disciplines based on scientific knowledge with new concepts and knowledge each year, thereby increasing the volume of instructional materials covering the foundations of these disciplines. This handbook specifically examines the theoretical and historical foundations of modern pedagogical science and the professional competencies required of future teachers. It aims to equip prospective teachers with the knowledge necessary to organize the continuous education and upbringing process effectively in accordance with the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education,” to make effective use of pedagogical heritage, and to demonstrate a high level of pedagogical culture and professional skills in real educational practice. Particular attention is given to developing learners’ abilities to work with information and apply it in practice through instructional materials. The handbook also examines the content, structure, components, criteria, and indicators of competence development and improvement, as well as the model of the pedagogical process and its didactic foundations. The handbook is intended for primary school teachers, researchers, master’s students, university students, and learners.
